Your health journey is unique, and sometimes the missing piece is simply having someone sit down with you, listen, and help you connect the dots. That’s exactly what our one-hour consultation with our Practitioner is designed to do.

During your session, we’ll take the time to really understand you—your health history, current concerns, lifestyle, and daily habits. We’ll ask thoughtful questions to uncover potential root causes of what you’re experiencing, rather than just addressing symptoms. This allows us to create a plan that is personalized to your body and your goals.

Together, we’ll explore:
  • Nutrition – simple, practical shifts to fuel your body and support healing
  • Supplements & Herbal Support – natural options tailored to your needs
  • Detox Strategies – gentle approaches to help your body cleanse and restore balance
  • Lifestyle Guidance – ways to improve sleep, manage stress, and boost daily energy
 
By the end of your consultation, you’ll have a clear, customized wellness plan with practical steps you can start right away. More importantly, you’ll leave with hope, direction, and the confidence that you’re on the right path toward feeling your best.

What to Expect

 
✨ Before your session – You don’t need to prepare anything special, but it helps to bring notes about your health history, current concerns, and any supplements or medications you’re taking.
✨ During your session – We’ll spend time talking through your health challenges and goals. You can expect lots of questions as this helps us dig deeper and get to the root cause of what’s going on. Together, we’ll map out a plan that feels supportive, realistic, and tailored just for you.
✨ After your session – We'll email you a personalized wellness plan you can start using right away. This plan will give you guidance on nutrition, supplements, detox options, and lifestyle strategies that fit into your daily routine.

Our practitioner, Dan Valletta has his M.ED in Health and Wellness and is a Holistic Nutritionist thorugh the National Academy of Sports Medicine.  He is also a Family Herbalist from the School of Natural Healing and has taught health in the classroom for over 13 years.​​​​​
